Frameworks and CMSs like Drupal, ExpressionEngine and WordPress are not alien to me at all, but custom and tailored solutions is where I excel.
My favorite framework as of now is Laravel 4.
I've been writing markup since before HTML 4.01, and have kept up with the latest trends ever since.
HTML5 is the new craze, and although all the misconceptions surrounding it are annoying, it does bring some very nice possibilities.
I know CSS very well. Not much to say about it, really.
I have been playing around with "DHTML" since 1998 or so, starting with creating silly games and experimenting with trivial but fun things.
JS has become more and more important as websites are transitioning from static providers of text and images into fullblown applications running in the browser.
